Born in Rome in 1978, and raised in Molise. Manfredi began his professional career in 2001 working for the production company Produzione Poetiche Cinematografiche as well as Distribuzione Sharada Films. After completing his academic course in acting, he began working with notable directors such as Abel Ferrara and Giulio Manfredonia. In 2007 Manfredi shifted towards production, executing short-films with Frentana Cinematografica, amongst which are titles such as "Non al denaro, non al vento nè al sole" presented at the Festa del Cinema di Roma in 2011, he still retained an acting role in this work.
The same year, he co-founds the production company Moliwood Films srl, with which he produces his first feature film “LUCANIA, TERRA SANGUE E MAGIA”, in addition to various commercials and shorts. In 2017 he associate-produces the documentary “PIAZZA VITTORIO” directed by Abel Ferrara, which premiered at the 74th Venice Film Festival, outside of the main competition.
