Gianluca Santoni’s directorial debut is the only film in competition at the 20th edition of Alice nella Città Film Festival in Rome. It will be held from October 18th to the 29th.

Denni, ten years old, is a brave and sensitive boy that tries to protect his mother at all costs, even from his abusive father. To fix the problem once and for all, he decides to hire a hitman. The man for the job is Secco, who is all but a professional killer, more of the ilk of a broke and desperate, run-of-the-mill ruffian.
